Unfortunately, we are unable to ship anonymously.
Please note that we reserve the right not to ship orders with unconfirmed or incorrect
billing addresses and in some cases ship to the correct billing address only. Thank
you and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Claims for orders not received must be submitted to us via e-mail within
30 days of the order date.
Claims about wrong, damaged, defective, or missing items are accepted within 7
days of package receipt.
USPS Shipping Options
Standard shipping
Orders with standard shipping option ship within 2 business days* via USPS
First Class Mail Service, which usually delivers after 2 to 7 business days
(depending on how far it goes - we are in NJ), but takes longer than that quite
often. Please don't claim not receiving your order before 10 business days
have passed.
A shipping notice with a delivery confirmation number** is sent via email (please
check for misspells when you type your email address!). Note that a delivery
confirmation number is not a tracking number and won't let you know where your
order is and when it will be delivered. Most likely the status of your package
won't change until it's delivered. In particular, the statuses like the following
do NOT mean that your order wasn't shipped! More than that, they mean the opposite.
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper
or shipping partner on Dec 20, 2005 to expect your package for mailing.
This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date."
"The tracking information for this item was received by the US
Postal Service at 12:00 PM on 12/20/2005, but the item has not yet been
scanned in the mailstream. Please check back later."
Refused packages and packages returned because of wrong/insufficient/undeliverable
address or for any other reason caused by the customer are refunded on request
(original shipping charge excluded) or reshipped on request with the shipping
fee charged again.
Sometimes we require a signature proof of delivery. If you are not there, a notice
will be left and the package will be available for pick-up at your post office.
If you don't claim your order and it returns to us, same rules apply as explained
above for returned orders.
Premium shipping
Orders with premium shipping option ship same or next business day* via USPS
Priority Mail Service, which usually delivers within 1 to 4 business days (depending
on how far it goes - we are in NJ) and rarely takes longer than 5.
A shipping notice with a delivery confirmation number** is sent via email (please
check for misspells when you type your email address!). Note that a delivery
confirmation number is not a tracking number and won't let you know where your
order is and when it will be delivered. Most likely the status of your package
won't change until it's delivered. In particular, the statuses like the following
do NOT mean that your order wasn't shipped! More than that, they mean the opposite.

Express shipping
Orders with express shipping option ship via USPS Express Mail Service and
guaranteed for delivery by the second day if placed on business days Monday
to Friday before 3 pm EST - or your money back! Excluded are Alaska and Hawaii.
Also, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available to some locations (usually
rural), so Friday orders to such locations are guaranteed for Monday delivery
only (or for the day after holiday). Here is a useful link to find out when

Most orders placed before 3 pm on business days will be delivered next day,
but we can't guarantee that.
If there is a problem with your order, we will try to contact you and resolve
the problem. If we are not able to reach you (wrong contact info or no reply),
your order will be delayed and then sent as is. Your shipping method may be
downgraded to premium with a refund of the rate difference.

All express orders require customer's signature upon delivery. If you are not
there, a notice will be left. Delivery will be attempted next day and the package
will be available for pick-up at your local postal office. Express shipping
charge will not be refunded for orders not claimed (usually they keep packages
for five days) and therefore returned to us, and there will be no free reshipping
for such orders.
Express shipping is not available for military addresses.
* Cut-off time is 3 pm EST. If there is a problem with your
order, we will try to contact you and resolve the problem. If we are not able
to reach you (wrong contact info or no reply), your order will be delayed and
then sent as is. If that happens with an express order, your shipping method
may be downgraded to premium with a refund of the rate difference.
** Delivery confirmation numbers are not available for military
addresses.

Return Policy
We proudly stand behind our products and their quality, and customer's satisfaction
is our goal. If for any reason our product doesn't meet your expectations, simply
return it to us for a refund!
1. Make sure that the item wasn't worn or used, and isn't damaged
as a result of your neglect, and the product packaging is not damaged or missing,
and the item is not H2Ocean as it is not returnable.
2. Kindly note that we do not process any exchanges. You are
welcome to ship your qualifying return back to us, and we will refund its cost.
However, if you need something else (different size, color, style, etc), you will
have to place a new order.
3. You must initiate your return within 15 days of
receiving your order. You will need an authorization number to ship back your return.
Please DO NOT CALL for it, as we need your written request.
4. When you are ready to ship your return, put in a bubbled envelope
or in a small box:
- products to be returned (in their original undamaged individual packaging)
- a copy of the invoice
Do not ship your return in a regular (not bubbled) envelope. Jewelry gets
damaged and lost easily. Returns in flat envelopes will not be accepted and refunds
will not be provided.
5. Write your RMA# on the outside of the package so it can be
seen easily and clearly, and ship your return to us within 15 days of
receiving your RMA#. Returns without an RMA# and late returns are subject
to a 30% restocking fee. Traceable shipping method is strongly recommended
(we cannot issue refunds for items we have not received). You are responsible for
the return shipping charges.

7. Original shipping charge and customer's expenses for shipping
a return to us will not be refunded or reimbursed.
8. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
9. If you've received your order with free shipping and chose
to return all or part of it so that the items you kept do not qualify for free
shipping altogether, the corresponding shipping charge will be deducted from your
refund amount.
10. If you've received special prices with any promotion and
chose to return part of your order so that the remaining items don't qualify for
that promotion, the corresponding adjusting amount will be deducted from your refund.
